Using the website

No-Stress Home Tech provides general setup and troubleshooting information, links to official device instructions and a way to open local-support searches. Follow the instructions for your exact model. Menu names, compatibility and online guidance can change. Stop and get appropriate qualified help where a task involves unsafe equipment, electrical work, aerial installation or other work beyond your skills.

We do not provide an individual repair service through this website. Local-support results are external searches; we do not vet, endorse or guarantee the companies listed. Check qualifications, reviews, fees and guarantees before booking. Manufacturer support should be checked first for a device under warranty.

The PDF guide

The No-Stress Home Tech Setup Guide is a 34-page PDF, first edition, version 1.0, October 2026. It covers home Wi-Fi, television, everyday devices, troubleshooting, account security and six printable worksheets. It is a digital file, not a physical book. You need a device and software capable of opening PDFs. Printing is optional and requires a printer. It provides general guidance rather than guaranteed fixes or personalised support.

The version, current price, applicable taxes, payment options and delivery information are shown on the Payhip product and checkout pages (opens in a new tab). Review them before ordering. We do not collect payment through this website. Keep your order confirmation and contact us if you cannot access the file.

Personal household licence

Copyright remains with Craig Lawrence. A purchase gives you permission to use the guide within your own household and print its worksheets for that use. You may not resell, upload publicly, redistribute or commercially reproduce the guide without written permission. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.

Cancellation and immediate downloads

Consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase of digital content before supply starts. For immediate supply during that period, we must obtain your express agreement to begin supply and your acknowledgement that you will lose the cancellation right when supply begins, and include this information in your contract confirmation. A purchase alone does not replace those requirements.

If the required agreement and acknowledgement have not been obtained, the cancellation right is not lost simply because a download was supplied. To request cancellation or report a problem, email us with your order reference. Do not send payment-card details.

Faulty or misdescribed digital content

Losing a change-of-mind cancellation right does not remove statutory rights. Paid digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose made known to and accepted by the trader, and as described. Where those requirements are not met, remedies can include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions apply, a price reduction up to the full price. Other remedies can apply, including where we had no right to supply the content. We do not operate a blanket “no refunds” rule.

Tell us what went wrong and provide your order reference so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Links, availability and updates

External services have their own terms and privacy notices. We aim to keep this site useful but cannot promise continuous availability or that every external link will remain unchanged. We may update website guidance. Buying this edition does not promise future editions, lifetime updates or ongoing support unless the purchase listing expressly includes them.

Applicable law
